The CSG Complex is a Design/Build project competitively won by our team in a two-phase process. The CSG Complex includes facilities for the 526 Command Unit. The project involved the demolition of 18 existing buildings and the design and construction of 5 new, large company operations facilities, 4 new barracks (2 new 312-person and 2, 382-person barracks), 2 battalion headquarters with classrooms, and 1 dining facility for the operational command unit of the 81st and 102nd Airborne Units.  The project also includes the 61st Engineers Facility and Communication Switch Units.

The barracks structures are light-gage, cold-formed steel bearing wall construction with concrete floor slabs designed for progressive collapse and blast effects.
