A 670,000-square foot, approximately 270-bed replacement hospital on a 30-acre site. Includes an 8-story tower (222 beds) with a below-grade ground level. The structure was designed to expand vertically for 4 future levels. The project included an approximately 117,000-square foot, 3-story orthopedic specialty center (a 48-bed hospital within the hospital), which was the first phase to open.
