The project consists of a new 309,166-square foot replacement hospital with a 4-story patient tower and a large 1-story ancillary area. The structure is steel framed. Also includes an adjacent 115,600-square foot Professional Office Building, which is a 3-story, steel-framed structure without provisions for vertical expansion.
