The Pinnacle at Jackson Place

About This Project

2008

A 9-story, approximately 192,000-square foot, Class-A office building with retail space on the ground level. Features a 30-foot, 2-story lobby ceiling with a monumental stair, highly articulated fixtures, and an elegant water feature. The building has a 2-story limestone-clad base with a glass curtainwall tower staggered back from the street front. The roof of the limestone base provides a terrace level for the floors above. The project is part of an overall master plan for the entire block in downtown Jackson. The building’s retail level is accessed along Capitol Street, but the main entrance to the lobby is off a new corner plaza and features a large green space and an enclosed arcade which links parking to the Pinnacle and the neighboring One Jackson Place. The Pinnacle incorporates green architecture and is LEED Gold certified. It is Mississippi’s first U.S. Green Council LEED-certified private office building.
