Nashville’s tallest apartment tower, a 32-story tower with 313 units at 205 Demonbreun. The downtown luxury high-rise apartment tower also includes two levels of below grade parking, for a total of 34 floors, with 378 parking spaces and more than 18,000 square feet of Class A, ground-level retail space. A small penthouse above the elevator core area and a condenser farm are located at the roof level. Also includes an adjacent midrise structure which is partially overlapped by the tower. The midrise structure includes 2-1/2 levels of below grade parking, retail space at the street level, 7 levels of parking above the retail level, and an amenities level above the parking with a restaurant, lounge, fitness center, and outdoor pool and deck area. The total supported slab area, including balcony, deck, and plaza areas
is approximately 569,000 gross square feet.
