SDG provided structural engineering services for Crosstown Concourse, a $200 million, 10-story “Vertical Urban Village” that opened in 2017. The historic preservation of a former Sears distribution center and store now home to 265 apartment units, a 450-seat black box theater serving the “XQ Super School”, and outdoor swimming pool for the YMCA is featured in Building Design + Construction highlighting the role of Looney Ricks Kiss in the growth of Memphis.
