WKU’s Ogden College Hall just became the first educational laboratory building in the world to earn WELLv2 Gold Certification for RossTarrant Architects. We’re proud to have provided structural design services.
Ogden College Hall is Western Kentucky University’s $40-million, 83,000-square-foot science laboratory facility. RTA designed the entire building to focus on the health and wellness of its occupants including “things like making stairs more prominent than elevators to more complex concepts like how light, art and design stimulate the senses—everything in this building was created to make people healthier.”
