The 121,000-square-foot, freestanding medical office building includes physician offices, physical and occupational therapy, outpatient imaging services and an outpatient surgery center. The outpatient surgery center can accommodate 23-hour observational stays for patients as well as an after-hours injury clinic for unexpected orthopedic emergencies.
