18 Nov ON-SITE START NEARS FOR DOWNTOWN HOTEL TOWER AT 127 ROSA PARKS BLVD.
We’re proud to be on the team transforming another corner of downtown Nashville for this beautiful new hotel on Rosa Parks Blvd.
The 16-story mixed-use tower will be located on a downtown surface parking lot owned by Christ Church Cathedral and developed by New Orleans-based HRI Properties. The tower will offer one hotel and retail space at the intersection of Rosa Parks Blvd. and Commerce Street. The hotel will be a Hilton Tempo.
The 16-story building is planned to offer at least 295 hotel rooms and two retail spaces, one of which is expected to operate as a café. HRI had been prepared to break ground in 2020 but postponed due to coronavirus considerations and the project has undergone a series of scope changes since. Full-scale on-site work could be underway in early 2022 and is expected to take two years to complete.
