The project consists of a 9-story, 286,793-square-foot complex of hotels, a restaurant, retail, parking, and general office space. The development includes two hotel operators, SpringHill Suites and Residence Inn.
There are a total of 245 room units on the upper floors of the structure over 3 above-ground parking levels with approximately 250-300 parking spaces (including on-grade spaces) and a lobby level with retail spaces.
