About This Project

The 645,000-square-foot, 25-story Avalon Midtown tower will feature 308 apartment units, a top-floor amenities deck, and 58,000 square feet of office space in the two bottom levels.

The high-rise’s design has undergone significant changes since its proposal in 2020. The project was being designed as a 27-story, 775,000 sq ft. mixed-use project with parking, 2 office levels, and apartments. Original plans called for two towers, not one, with 90,000 square feet for office use. But in the wake of Covid-19, developers and designers decided to downsize that component and stack residential units on top, creating a single structure.
