The project is a 5-story hospital with 110 patient beds and a gross square footage of 281,589 . The new construction included extensive 1-, 2- and 3-story ancillary areas, a 5-story T-shaped hospital tower, and a 1-story powerhouse building. Mechanical penthouses are located on the lower roof areas, and stair and elevator penthouses are located on the tower roof. The hospital tower was designed for 2 additional floors, and the ICU wing was structured for 3 additional floors. The lower level of the hospital is partially below grade and has a smaller footprint than the first floor. As a result of the site topography and the proposed location of the facility on the site, the main entrance is located at the second level (first floor).
