About This Project

A 12-story, 205-key hotel that features a coffee shop, rooftop bar and meeting/event space. The eclectic design includes decorative themes of country music and Vanderbilt University which is located next door on Nashville’s West End.

The 13-story structure includes a below grade parking level, first floor, second floor meeting level, 9 guestroom levels, and 12th floor outdoor terrace area with a pool. The first floor level includes a drop-off area, lobby, back of house areas, kitchen and restaurant, and retail space. The loading dock and receiving area are also located on the first floor level on the north side of the building. The second floor includes several meeting rooms, a prefunction space, a ballroom, and an outdoor terrace area. The 12th floor amenity level has a kitchen and restaurant as well as a private function space. The hotel was designed in accordance with the International Building Code, 2012 Edition. The building is a cast-in-place, two-way, post-tensioned, flat-plate concrete structure.
