The project consists of a 5-story Class A office building above a below-grade parking level, and a 3-level parking structure with approximately 575 spaces. The 5-story building has 272,000 square feet of office space and approximately 61,000 square feet at the parking level. A loading dock area is also located at the parking level. Both the office building and parking structure are architectural precast concrete construction. The radii and curves of the slabs and skin make this building very unique. Fast-track schedule.
