A new patient tower addition, expansion of the central plant, and various site improvements. The patient tower is a total of 5 stories plus a full basement (garden) level and has approximately 245,000 square feet. The main entry features a 3-story atrium and a cantilevered canopy. The central plant expansion includes approximately 7,000 to 8,000 square feet of new construction and a new concrete cooling tower structure. The exterior skin of the new construction consists of brick veneer and metal panels with metal studs.
