A new condominium tower of 30 stories with 268 units and 960,000 square feet and an adjacent 5-level garage. The tower structure and parking garage consist of cast-in-place concrete construction. An expansion joint separates the tower from the parking garage. Both structures are founded on auger-cast concrete piles. The garage has approximately 500 spaces.
