A LEED® Gold replacement facility that utilized Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). The project consists of a new 3-story, steel framed hospital with provisions for 3 future floors of vertical expansion (6 -story total facility). Contains 83 beds and is 210,000-square-feet. BIM.
