A 75,700-square foot, 3-story, steel-framed structure for the State of Mississippi to handle meetings for telecommunications and technology groups located in downtown Jackson. There are two main conference levels raised above street level and accessible by escalators and elevators via glazed lobbies. Function spaces include large banquet rooms, multi-purpose rooms, executive boardrooms and a variety of smaller meeting rooms. The main gathering area is the second floor gallery that stretches over 300 feet – the entire length of the facility. The third floor amphitheater seats 382 and is planned to serve as the premier meeting area in the facility. The building has two mezzanines and long bays at 60 feet by 60 feet.
