The focal element of this development is a medical center that consists of a 365,000-square foot, 158-bed hospital with future capability for expansion to 300 beds, and also includes a fitness/spa component and an 80,000-square foot medical office building.

The 4-story patient tower has provisions for 2 future floors of vertical expansion. A large ancillary area extends beyond the tower perimeter. The ancillary area varies between 1 and 3 stories in height. There is also a one-story Central Energy Plant at the first floor level. The medical office building is a 3-story structure with a 25,000-square foot floor plate. The fitness center is a one-story, approximately 25,000-square foot facility with space for fitness, lockers, physical therapy, spa and daycare.
